First visit
Your first visit is when we discuss why you came in, assess your oral health, and decide which investigations or steps may be needed. The doctor explains the options relevant to your case and answers your questions.
How to book
You can book by phone or through the form on the contact page. It helps to have your name, a phone number, and, if you already know it, the reason for your visit.
What to bring
An ID, and, if you have them, any relevant medical records or investigations (recent X-rays, referral letters). If you have none, that's fine — the doctor can recommend investigations on the spot.
How the consultation works
The doctor discusses the reason for your visit and your medical history, then examines your mouth. Further investigations may be recommended depending on your situation.
Possible investigations
Dental X-rays are the most common. Not every visit needs further investigations — the doctor only recommends them when relevant to the diagnosis.
Discussing your options
After the assessment, the doctor explains the treatment options suited to your case, including the advantages and limitations of each. This is the right time to ask any question you have.
Next steps
At the end, you agree together on the next steps: a simple treatment in the same visit, or a broader treatment plan, discussed in stages.
What you can expect from us
Good treatment also means a well-informed patient: clear explanations, known stages and costs discussed up front.
Clear explanations
The diagnosis and treatment options are explained in language that is as clear as possible.
Transparent planning
You know the recommended stages and what each of them involves.
Costs discussed up front
The final cost depends on the clinical situation and the recommended plan, and is discussed before treatment starts.
By appointment only
We work by appointment only, so every patient’s time is respected.
Support if you are anxious
If you are afraid of treatment, tell us: we adapt the pace and discuss the options, including sedation when it is medically indicated.
Aftercare recommendations
You get the recommendations for the period after the procedure and know when to contact the clinic.
