Complete rehabilitation with an All-on-6 system and ceramic restorations

The patient, 45 years old, came in to fix chewing problems and improve dental aesthetics.

Treatment included extracting the upper teeth and a full rehabilitation with a fixed All-on-6 solution, with bone grafting and dental implants (Dr. Dorobanțu). Root canal treatment was carried out in the lower jaw (Dr. Antohi), along with fixed restorations on cobalt-chromium superstructures with zirconia-based ceramic teeth, and screw-retained crowns in the lower back teeth (Dr. Oprea).
