The patient, 43 years old, requested a complete aesthetic treatment, unhappy with the appearance of old fillings that had degraded over time.
The main goal was to improve dental aesthetics by correcting imperfections and restoring the function of the dentition. The treatment plan included teeth whitening to even out the shade, followed by root canal treatment to ensure root health. Full-ceramic zirconia crowns were also placed, giving a natural, durable result. Finally, a missing tooth space was closed with a dental implant fitted with a screw-retained, full-zirconia crown, restoring both function and aesthetics in the affected area.
